Clayton is a widely published climate economist with over four dozen scholarly articles and policy papers on carbon pricing. Clayton has also led research and advised on the design of carbon taxes, cap-and-trade programs, and other carbon pricing policies on six continents.

Dr. York is a renowned thought-leader on strategic directions in the energy industry, with specific expertise in global oil and gas asset portfolio optimization and developing viable business models for new energy companies. His most immediate prior role was as Head of Commodity Strategy - Petroleum for BHP.
